Lightweight for a backpacking boot, this new boot on the block still provides plenty of foot and ankle support with sculpted ankle cuffs, durable yet dynamic PU midsoles, and a moderately stiff build to help us haul our pack across wild terrain. It also offers excellent traction with a deep heel brake that digs in on steep descents with Vibram rubber giving us grip on both wet and dry surfaces.
