The compressible pants are filled with reliable synthetic insulation that maintains its warmth while wet, and the water-resistant coating does its best to make sure that doesn't happen. The pants are built for climbers, with a harness-compatible design, full-length side zippers that allow us to get them on and off while wearing crampons, and reinforced kickpatches to ensure they don't rip while we stomp our cold feet with the crampons attached.
