La Sportiva's Crizzle Evo Jacket is a hybrid that blends characteristics of a hardshell and softshell to keep us from overheating in high-exertion winter activities. Up front, the hardshell fabric is wind-resistant and water-resistant to protect us from the worst of winter weather. In back, a softshell stretch panel wicks moisture and dries quickly to keep us more comfortable when we're going hard and starting to run a little warm. Two lateral zippers provide plenty of ventilation and internal access to our mid-layer and pant pockets. We like that the Crizzle is largely made with recycled materials for a lighter environmental footprint.
